Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Labrador Berries offers pre-orders on select wild-harvested products. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your place in the harvest queue for that season.

-You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped, for a full refund — no questions asked. To cancel, simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us directly at tj@labradorberries.ca.
- Cancelling permanently releases your place in the harvest queue. Quantities are limited and allocated first-come, first-served, so we cannot guarantee availability if you wish to reorder.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end; your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to reflect the credit.
- Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

Labrador Berries does not currently offer subscriptions, try-before-you-buy, or deferred payment purchase options.
