Secure Your Allocation

Reserve your 8 lb of cloudberries pilot package, paid upfront. Our berries are harvested in remote, unbanked regions, so early capital guarantees your exclusive allocation before the short season begins.

Follow the Harvest

Over the 2‑month window between reservation and delivery, you receive scheduled private updates from the harvesting region. We provide weekly check‑ins with visual verification and progress updates on your allocation without exposing our proprietary networks.

Test the Supply Chain

After harvest, your berries are packed, inspected, and shipped directly to your facility. This pilot lets fine‑food purveyors validate our quality and remote supply chain before scaling up for future seasons.

Cloudberry (Rubus chamaemorus / Bakeapple)

  • Pre-Order Window — July 1 – August 15
  • Harvest Timeline — Late July – early September
  • Shipping Window — September 15 – October 15

Red Berries (Vaccinium vitis-idaea subsp. minus / Partridgeberry)

  • Pre-Order Window — August 16 – October 1
  • Harvest Timeline — Early October – mid-December
  • Shipping Window — January 1 – February 1
  • Premium Spring Harvest — Premium-grade berries held over in deep winter reserve to supply the following season's pre-orders.

Pre-Order & Inventory Rules

  • Hard Deadlines — Windows close automatically when the final calendar end date arrives.
  • Live Inventory Caps — Ordering shuts down early if our live inventory page counter reaches zero.
  • Secure Payment — Upfront checkout payments directly lock in your dedicated harvest share before limits cap out.
  • Chronological Dispatch — Your package ships strictly according to the specific berry type's calendar window.
