SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We ship Canada‑wide using Canada Post Flat Rate services.
No Friday shipping — orders placed late in the week ship on Monday.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number with delivery updates and an estimated arrival time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS & INQUIRIES
Because our wild harvests depend entirely on nature's schedule, we ship strictly according to our seasonal calendar windows and cannot accommodate custom delivery dates at checkout. If you have specific delivery questions or address updates, Please reach out to us directly via our website’s WhatsApp widget or email us at tj@labradorberries.ca before your shipping window opens.
SHELF‑STABLE JUICE AND BERRY ORDERS
Juices and Berries may arrive partially thawed from transit.
If possible, place the entire box in the freezer for 2 days before opening, in case of minor leakage.
Follow the storage and refrigeration instructions inside the box.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery typically takes 5–12 days, depending on your location. Your tracking link lets you manage delivery preferences, times, and pickup options.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Orders are processed automatically. Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
RESPONSIBILITY & DELAYS
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
Orders ship to the exact address on your confirmation page.
If you entered incorrect information, contact us immediately — we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, carrier issues, or system outages.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. NOTIFICATIONS
You'll receive a confirmation email after purchase.
A second email with tracking details is sent once your order ships.
If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder or view your order in your account.
2. DAMAGE OR LOSS
Labrador Berries is responsible for packages until they are delivered.
If tracking shows no updates or the package is lost/damaged before delivery, contact Customer Support.
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
3. THEFT
Labrador Berries is not liable for stolen packages.
If theft occurs after delivery, please contact the courier or local authorities.
