Our policy lasts 14 days from the day products are received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please provide your order number and describe the issue. Please also provide images if those help better describe the issue (i.e.,the problem is visible). We will review it within  week and get back to you. If eligible for a refund, this will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: For eligible refunds, we will process a returnless refund by default, permitting you to retain the product. However, we reserve the right to request the return of the product if further inspection is necessary. Therefore, please do not dispose of the product(s) or relevant evidence about the quality issue until you have heard back from us.

Late or missing refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund but haven’t received it yet, please take the following steps:

1. contact your credit/debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
2. contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can’t cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required

Terms & Conditions for 50% Non Returnable Deposit

1. **Deposit Requirement** 

   A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of placing the order. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the process of crafting your custom item(s).

2. **Non-Refundable Clause** 

   The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree that it will not be returned to you if you cancel the order for any reason.

3. **Order Confirmation** 

   The 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your order. Production or sourcing of materials will not begin until the deposit is received in full.

4. **Balance Payment** 

   The remaining balance of 50% is due upon completion of the order and prior to delivery or pick-up of the item(s). You will be notified when the order is ready, and payment must be made in full before release of the goods.

5. **Order Cancellation Policy** 

   Should you wish to cancel the order after the deposit has been made, please be aware that the deposit will not be refunded. This is to cover materials, labor, and other costs incurred in preparing your order.

6. **Amendments and Modifications** 

   If you wish to make changes to your order after placing it, we will do our best to accommodate these changes. However, modifications may result in changes to the final cost and timeline. Any additional costs must be paid at the time the changes are agreed upon.

7. **Delivery Timelines** 

   Delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of order placement. Any delays in final payment may result in delays in delivery. We will not be held responsible for delays resulting from failure to pay the final balance.

8. **Acceptance of Terms** 

   By paying the non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Shipping policy

Shipping Process

We ship our products canada wide with Canada Post other shipping services.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from the carrier about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. The tracking system will also allow you to customize your delivery preferences, manage delivery times and locations, and keep track of your deliveries.

The delivery time depends on your location but within 3-7 days your order will be delivered. 

Changing the Delivery Address

Please note that all orders are handled immediately and are automatically processed by the system. Hence, any changes in the delivery address after confirming the order are therefore no longer possible.

Responsibility & Delays

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page.

If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility on delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, network system failures or accidents.

Delivery Policy

Section 1: Notifications
Upon successful purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. Following shipment, a second notification will be issued containing tracking details. It is advised that you closely monitor the tracking number, as deliveries are typically made without requiring a signature unless otherwise specified during order processing.

In the event that the confirmation email is not received, kindly check your junk or spam folders. Should the email not be located, please contact us via the contact form or access your account profile for order details.

Section 2: Damage or Loss
You are advised to track your order using the provided tracking number for up-to-date delivery information. Labrador Berries assumes responsibility for any lost or damaged packages prior to delivery. If your order has not been updated and is not showing as delivered, please contact customer support to resolve the issue. Once the item has been marked as “delivered” by the courier, it is no longer the responsibility of Labrador Berries.

Section 3: Theft
Labrador Berries shall not be held liable for any stolen packages. Tracking details should be reviewed for the most current delivery information. Once the package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, the responsibility of Labrador Berries ceases. Should theft occur, it is the customer’s responsibility to seek resolution directly with the courier or relevant authorities.
